So I've finally decided I would like my bridesmaids to wear varying shades of berry: plums, purples, raspberry, fuschia. I know in my head how I would like for it to look, but have yet to see anything close. That is, until I saw this:
This is pretty darn close. I'm not so sure about the two-tone look, but it does help to give a visual of the berry idea. While we're probably going to add a more pink dress and one more royal purple dress-this is the core of what I'm envisioning. I love the different styles, the different colors, I just love it.
What do you guys think of the flowers here? Would all white pop more against the different colors? I'm thinking mostly white with little pops of the berry. Ideas?
How about bouquets of pale pinks?
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of predominantly white flowers against the berry dresses. Maybe you could work in more color with some ribbons?
ReplyDeleteI like your idea.
ReplyDeleteI think you could go for white flowers, or pale pink flowers, or tone-on-tone berry coloured flowers, and it'll look gorgeous whatever you choose!
i agree, i like white or pale pink! would really pop against the dresses, i love your color choices!
ReplyDeletei think the berry colors will be fabulous, and that white flowers would look amazing!! or at least at little whit in the bouquets so that they don't blend in with the dresses! good luck!
ReplyDeletelooooove the berry idea! my BM's had black dresses with plum and raspberry flowers and they totally blended into the dresses in some of the pictures. White with pops of berry will look GREAT with your berry dresses!
ReplyDeleteLove the idea! How about BM bouquets are paler and yours is berry-licious? Love long ribbons on bouquets too.
ReplyDeleteI agree with redframe!!
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see anything berry-hued I think of you! I love these colors. I like the idea of white flowers for you and pale pinks, a subtle blush pink, for your girls, or Marli's idea of pale pink for them and berry colors for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks to you, I am completely smitten with the idea of mismatching, varying hued BMs dresses.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I just wanted to let you know I featured this idea at my blog so I hope you'll give it a look.
Love the dress colors. Very pretty!
